Most mobile devices can be unlocked by entering a network unlock code. After you enter it on your device, unlocking is completed instantly. There are also some other unlocking methods when it is not possible to unlock device with network unlock code (If device does not ask for a network unlock code). In this case, remote unlock method or unlocking software can be used for unlocking.
Network Unlock Code: If your phone is asking for a network unlock code (SIM Network Unlock PIN), we will obtain required code from carrier or manufacturer device databases using your phone's Unique IMEI (serial) number. After that, we will send them to you by e-mail (you can also view the codes on tracking page). Once you have your code, you will only need to insert your new SIM and enter to complete unlocking.
Unlocking Software: The Unlock software method can be used in cases where the Unlock code cannot be found in the manufacturer or Carrier device databases, or when the device does not ask for a network unlock code. Your Device is connected to a PC via USB Cable and network lock is updated using software.
The software method is often more economical and faster. It is recommended for phones that cannot be unlocked with a code or where a quicker unlocking process is desired (Software is delivered instantly and the process is completed in a few minutes).
Remote Unlock: Usually Used to unlock Apple devices, however can also be used for other device brands. Some devices may not ask for an unlock code but they can be unlocked remotely. When you use a SIM from a different provider, your device will connect to carrier/manufacturer device database and check for network unlock status. To unlock your device, we update network lock (as unlocked) in these databases via our data providers. Your device will accept any SIM card from any carrier after unlocking. We will send you an unlock confirmation when the database update is done and unlock is completed.

Unlocking instruction is generally the same for most mobile devices. Rarely, some brands may require specific commands. For more detailed information, you can visit the instructions page for specific device brand.
By Unlock Code: If Your device asks for a Network Unlock Code (also known as Network Unlock Key or SIM Network Unlock Pin), enter the code you recieved and that will remove network (carrier or provider) restriction and unlock your your device instantly.
Most Samsung phones ask for "Sim network unlock pin". Rarely, some carriers may also activate the service provider code (SPCK) or region code (RCK). We have services that provides Service provider code or Region codes. If your phone requies any of these codes, you can choose the service that provides theses codes, during the order.
If you enter the wrong unlock code many times, your phone's code entery counter may be reset and may not allow you to enter unlock codes. In this case, you may receive a "Enter Master Control Key" message on your phone. To remove this message and unlock phone, you will need MCK (Master Reset Key, also known as defreeze code). We can provide MCK (defreeze) Code for Samsung phones.
Once you have required code for your device, all you need to do is enter it on your phone's keypad when prompted and your phone will be unlocked instantly. Unlocking is permenant and will not ask for this code anymore.
Unlock App: Phones that are locked with Carrier's Private Unlock App may not ask you to enter an unlock code. This phones are unlocked with database restriction removal service (Updating phone's lock status as Unlocked in carrier/manufacturer database). Once network restriction status is updated (restriction lifted) and you got unlock completed confirmation email, insert your new SIM card and turn your device on.
